Job Description

Are you passionate about helping clients look and feel their best? Body Contour & Spa is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist with experience (or a strong interest) in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method) and post-operative care to join our growing wellness team. We specialize in post-surgical recovery, body contouring, skin tightening, and wellness treatments in a luxury, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method preferred) Provide post-operative lymphatic massage following cosmetic surgery Educate clients on recovery and home care Document treatments and client progress Maintain a clean, organized treatment room Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Work collaboratively with our esthetic and body contouring team Preferred Qualifications Active Connecticut Massage Therapy License Certification or training in Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage preferred Experience with post-op patients is a plus Professional, compassionate, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury spa environment Weekend availability is a plus (Saturday or Sunday) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus package commissions Tips Flexible scheduling Established client base with strong marketing support Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding wellness spa Employee discounts on treatments and products Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people recover after surgery and improve their confidence. Experience:

Massage Therapy:

1 year preferred

Manual Lymphatic Drainage:

Preferred Post-operative massage: Preferred but willing to train the right candidate

License/Certification:
