The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics and experienced in lymphatic drainage, post-operative massage, body contouring, and advanced noninvasive body treatments. We are looking for someone who provides exceptional client care and creates a welcoming, luxury experience for every client.

Responsibilities:

Perform lymphatic drainage and post-operative massages Perform manual body sculpting and fibrosis treatments Perform wood therapy (maderotherapy) Perform Triple Therapy treatments Perform Endospheres Therapy and VelaShape treatments Perform EMS and

treatments Perform radiofrequency, cavitation, and other noninvasive body-contouring treatments Safely operate all body-contouring equipment according to Luxxe protocols Assess each client's needs and recommend the appropriate treatments and packages Educate clients about treatment benefits, realistic expectations, and aftercare Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records Rebook clients and assist with treatment-package sales Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room Follow all safety, sanitation, and professional standards

Qualifications:

Active Florida Massage Therapist license required Experience with lymphatic drainage and body contouring preferred Experience with post-operative massage and fibrosis treatments is a plus Experience with wood therapy, Endospheres, VelaShape, EMS, radiofrequency, or cavitation is highly preferred Training on Luxxe's specific protocols and equipment will be provided Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish Professional, dependable, punctual, and client-focused Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable recommending services and treatment packages Availability to work some weekdays and

Saturdays Compensation and Benefits:

30% commission on every service performed 100% of tips Estimated earnings during booked treatment hours: $39-$51 per hour Flexible part-time schedule Employee discounts Training on our equipment and treatment protocols Growth opportunities as our Miami Shores location expands This is a part-time, commission-based position located at our new Miami Shores med spa.
