Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our busy massage boutique. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand client concerns, medical history, and specific pain points for tailored treatment plans. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to explain procedures, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain up-to-date certifications and license. Promote a welcoming environment focused on exceptional patient service and client satisfaction. Part Time as needed on weekends. Skills Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage and additional modalities. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty. Ability to perform patient assessments effectively to identify pain sources and recommend appropriate therapies. Experience working in a med spa and/or healthcare setting. Knowledge of pain management techniques and experience supporting clients with chronic or acute pain issues.
