Minimum Requirements:

Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Illinois Must be able to obtain a gaming badge license from the Illinois Gaming Board (we will guide you through this process) Must be willing to submit approval for a background check and fingerprinting when applying for a gaming badge license Required experience: Entry level to seasoned therapists Must be 21 years or older Must have professional liability insurance Must have reliable transportation Must be professional, reliable, and team-oriented
