Licensed Massage Therapist Soluna Wellness Center - Historic Downtown Elgin, IL Job Summary Soluna Wellness Center is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing wellness team. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about individualized care, professional growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. Whether your expertise is in relaxation massage, therapeutic bodywork, or deep tissue techniques, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's goals and needs.
• Conduct client consultations and review health history prior to each session.
• Recommend appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
• Create a clean, safe, relaxing, and professional treatment environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client confidentiality.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness recommendations when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals, including yoga instructors and staff, to provide an integrated wellness experience.
• Assist with treatment room setup, sanitation, laundry, and maintaining clinic cleanliness.
• Arrive on time and maintain a reliable schedule. Qualifications
• Active Illinois Massage Therapist License (required).
• Current Illinois licensure in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Professional liability insurance (preferred or required before employment, depending on employment status).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative wellness team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
