Licensed Massage Therapist BomDia Massage & Wellness | Fort Mitchell, KY BomDia Massage & Wellness is an established boutique wellness practice looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. We aren't a conveyor-belt massage practice. Our therapists are encouraged to listen, think critically, and customize each session to the individual client. We provide the clients, front-desk support, scheduling, marketing, supplies, and an established practice environment so our therapists can focus on providing excellent care and building lasting client relationships. Schedule Expectations 3-4 days per week 2 Saturdays per month required At least one weekday evening Expected hours: 16-30 per week Compensation & Benefits (Note, hourly pay listed above does not include tips and service bonuses) Competitive service pay + tips + bonuses W-2 IRA matching Paid training Continuing education credit ($150 annually) $85 monthly bodywork allowance Aflac Discounts on spa services and retail products Supportive, professional team culture What You'll Do Provide safe, professional, customized massage therapy based on each client's needs and goals Review intake forms and conduct a thoughtful consultation before each session Use techniques and modalities within your training and scope of practice Educate clients about their care and recommend appropriate timing for follow-up sessions Communicate treatment and rebooking recommendations to our front desk Complete timely and professional session notes in MassageBook Maintain a clean, stocked, welcoming treatment room Assist with room turnover, laundry, restocking, and shared responsibilities Communicate proactively with the front desk and other team members Participate in team meetings, training, and continued professional development Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: A Kentucky Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing Reliable, punctual, professional, and accountable Warm and comfortable communicating with clients Able to customize sessions rather than relying on the same routine for every client Comfortable recommending continued care when it would benefit the client Interested in developing long-term client relationships and a strong book Receptive to feedback and interested in continuing to grow professionally A team player who understands that keeping a great practice running includes helping with cleaning, laundry, restocking, and shared spaces Comfortable using technology such as MassageBook or willing to learn Why BomDia?
