We are creating a restorative destination that brings together massage, spa therapies, aesthetic services and modern wellness experiences in a beautiful, guest-centered environment. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Massage Therapists to join our founding team and help create an exceptional massage program from the beginning. Compensation $29 per scheduled hours worked, plus 10% commission on eligible massage and body-treatment services personally performed, plus guest tips. Scheduling will be based on therapist availability, confirmed appointments and business needs. Scheduled & available hours during our initial opening period may vary. Responsibilities  Provide customized massage and body-treatment services  Perform relaxation, Swedish, therapeutic and deep-tissue massage  Provide prenatal, hot-stone or other specialty services when appropriately trained  Conduct guest consultations and adapt treatments to individual needs  Maintain professional standards for consent, draping, privacy and boundaries  Prepare treatment rooms and complete timely room turnover  Complete required service documentation  Follow sanitation, safety and infection-control standards  Educate guests about appropriate services and wellness recommendations  Collaborate with the spa manager and guest-experience team  Help create a warm, consistent and memorable Renewal Oasis experience Qualifications  Completion of a recognized massage-therapy training program  Current City of Eden Prairie Massage Therapist License or ability to obtain one before providing services  Must maintain individual professional liability insurance as required by the City of Eden Prairie  Strong understanding of anatomy, contraindications and massage safety  Excellent communication and guest-service skills  Dependable, professional and team-oriented  Availability for selected weekday, evening or weekend shifts  Luxury spa or wellness experience preferred but not required  Training in prenatal, hot stone, deep tissue or body treatments is a plus Perks  Paid onboarding and required training  Treatment rooms, linens, equipment and professional products provided  Booking, payment and guest-service support  Employee discounts on eligible services and retail products  Access to select wellness amenities according to company policy  Minnesota earned sick and safe time in accordance with applicable requirements  Flexible part-time scheduling based on availability and guest demand  Professional-development and future leadership opportunities Apply Please apply through Indeed with your résumé and a brief description of your massage experience, preferred modalities and general availability.
