In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being for a diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve relief from stress, chronic pain, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and more. As a vital member of our team, you will create personalized treatment plans and provide education on self-care techniques to enhance long-term health benefits. This Hourly pay + 100% of Tips position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives through the art and science of massage therapy. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, trigger point therapy, and Pre-natal massage. tailor session to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify specific areas of concern Deliver specialized massages for unique populations such as prenatal and postnatal clients, elderly individuals, athletes, and those with stress-related conditions or chronic pain Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time Educate clients on self-care practices and stretches to support ongoing wellness at home Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in compliance with health regulations and professional standards Experience Proven experience as a licensed Massage Therapist with certification from an accredited program Demonstrated expertise in diverse massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, reflexology services, hot stone massage, and Pre-natal techniques Experience working with special populations such as pregnant women (prenatal/postnatal), elderly clients, children, athletes or post-surgery patients is highly desirable Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess patient needs and customize treatments accordingly Prior experience in spa/ wellness environments or Franchises is a plus Able to perform a FULL 60 minute / 90 minute /120 minute session Per client depending on session booked with therapist. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about their health and wellness goals Must be ok working independently and open to beginning stages of entrepreneurship as you will be assisting a small business owner with busy clientele before, during, and after maternity leave.
