Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and spa best practices to continually enhance service quality. Requirements Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a focus on patient service and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and pain management techniques. Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice. Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and occupational health settings preferred. Strong communication skills for patient assessment and education purposes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
