As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional patient service by assessing individual needs and developing personalized treatment plans to promote relaxation, pain management, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions. Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and patient progress. Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques for pain management. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health practices. Experience in providing excellent customer service and patient care. Previous experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required. Ability to perform various massage techniques tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new techniques in the field of massage therapy.
