Compassionate Management Position Responsibilities :

Assess patient needs, provide therapeutic treatments, and ensure a high level of customer service to enhance the overall wellness experience for our clients Exhibit a powerful desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits to clients Perform 50/80-minute Swedish massage services Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices, provide a massage treatment plan, and encourage them to book monthly Desire to perform various higher commission massage services such as Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Himalayan Salt Stone and various massage therapy enhancements Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress Team player with a positive attitude Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations

Pay:

$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
