Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing patient needs, and delivering high-quality massage therapy services to enhance overall wellness and pain management. Duties Provide various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address specific areas of discomfort or tension. Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing their concerns effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements new techniques to enhance service offerings. Complete all opening, closing, and other side work responsibilities. Maintain a professional environment as well as working effectively with co-workers to provide cohesive teamwork and enhance workplace standards. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong focus on patient service and assessment. Familiarity with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities is essential. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health practices is highly desirable. Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and patient interaction.
