Job Description

Lake Stevens Massage is opening a new clinic in Silver Firs, Everett, and we're looking for a caring, motivated massage therapist to grow with us. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team, build lasting relationships with loyal clients, and focus on the hands-on work you love while we take care of overhead, supplies, marketing, and scheduling. We're passionate about helping people feel their best, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to exceptional care. As part of our team, you'll have the freedom to tailor each session to your client's needs-whether they're seeking full-body relaxation, focused therapeutic work, or ongoing wellness support. We provide a professional, welcoming environment where therapists are valued, clients are cared for, and quality service always comes first.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional quality massage, incorporating a variety of techniques. Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, and function. Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.

Qualifications:

Current LMT license, or the ability to obtain required licensing Ability to pass a background and reference check Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others through excellent customer service Ability to thrive in a professional team environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic A desire to grow, build long-term client relationships, and develop within the role
