We pay per session:

$50 for each 60-minute session and $70 for each 90-minute session, plus 100% of tips. What makes this different from a franchise shop You are paid per session, not per hour of sitting in a break room. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes and priced at $79 and $118, so you keep more than 60% of every session. We fill your book. Massage is built into our membership model, so demand comes from 400+ active studio members and a client base that already books massage regularly. You will not be starting from zero. The room is quiet, the studio is clean, and the clients are respectful. This is a therapeutic setting, not a walk-in spa. Front desk handles everything that is not massage: booking, payment, reminders, cancellations, and laundry. Free unlimited yoga and pilates membership for you.

Open shifts:

Sunday all day, Monday and Tuesday afternoons and evenings, and Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Take two or more and build the rest around your life. Sunday is wide open, so if you want a full day of back-to-back bookings with no competition for the room, it is yours. What you will do Provide 60 and 90-minute therapeutic massage: deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish, stretching, cupping, prenatal and postnatal as trained Do a brief intake and tailor each session to the client Keep simple SOAP notes Communicate with the front desk on scheduling and client needs What we need from you Active Washington State LMT license in good standing Liability insurance (AMTA, ABMP, or equivalent) Availability for at least two shifts per week Reliability. Our clients book weeks out and count on you being there.
