Join an Established Spa with Loyal Repeat Clients Mariposa Day Spa is seeking a Washington Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in Snohomish. For more than 20 years, we have served Snohomish County with professional massage and skincare services. We provide the treatment space, scheduling, front-desk support, linens, supplies, marketing, and an established membership clientele—so you can focus on providing exceptional care and building lasting client relationships. We are currently prioritizing therapists with evening and weekend availability. Additional hours may become available as your schedule and clientele grow. Compensation & Incentives Hands-on massage rate: $28-$32 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Paid 30-minute turnover time between appointments at the applicable Washington State minimum wage Average client tips typically range from $28-$40 per service 40% commission on eligible spa add-on services Peak-shift incentives Same-day appointment incentives $300 hiring bonus after successful completion of 90 days What We Offer W-2 employment Established spa with more than 20 years serving the community Loyal membership program and repeat clientele Front-desk team that manages scheduling and client communication Treatment rooms, linens, supplies, and marketing support Paid turnover time between appointments Flexible scheduling Paid sick time Free massages Continuing education and professional growth opportunities Opportunity to grow your schedule as your clientele develops Professional, supportive, team-oriented environment What You'll Do Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's needs and preferences Create an exceptional, personalized client experience Build and retain lasting client relationships Maintain accurate client documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room Follow Washington State regulations and Mariposa Day Spa policies Contribute positively to a professional and supportive team environment
Qualifications Required:
Current Washington State Massage Therapist License Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and client-care skills Passion for helping clients improve their well-being Experience is appreciated but not required. Your strengths may include relaxation massage, therapeutic work, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, or other modalities.
