You'll deliver high-quality skill acquisition and behavior reduction support directly to clients, while also serving as a go-to resource for fellow RBTs and BTs. This role is a great fit for an experienced RBT ready to take on more responsibility, support clinic operations, and help develop the next generation of behavior technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
Act as a first point of contact for fellow RBTs and BTs on clinical, policy, and day-to-day questions, escalating to a BCBA when needed.
Coverage and Administrative Support:
Use downtime from cancellations productively, including training, documentation, session notes, and supporting other team members with their admin tasks. Step in for direct sessions when needed to help prevent client cancellations.
Family Communication:
Serve as an accessible, informed point of contact for families, answering questions and looping in the BCBA when additional clinical input is needed.
High-Quality Clinical Care:
Maintain high treatment integrity (90%+ ) across skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, collect accurate data (including interobserver agreement), and collaborate with the broader care team to support skill mastery, generalization, and maintenance.
Documentation and Compliance:
Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time, keeping client records and materials organized and compliant with company standards.
Professional Growth:
Apply feedback from RBT competency assessments promptly to keep raising the quality of care you provide.
Professionalism:
Manage your time well, show up prepared and on time for sessions and meetings, and help build a team culture centered on Woven Care's core values.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Speech Therapy, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of experience working as an RBT.
Certification:
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required.
Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, comfort mentoring others, clear communication with families and teammates, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasional lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
