Prior experience in a surgical practice is preferred but not required. A successful candidate will be friendly, energetic, comfortable communicating with patients, families, and other team members. Applicants must be a detailed and driven individual who can multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment, as well as the willingness to work as a team with other staff members. Good people and phone skills are imperative. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Room patients Schedule routine surgeries Promptly and professionally answer and route telephone calls Record patient medical history and update medications in an EMR Greet patients and assist them as appropriate Schedule appointments Obtain surgery prior-authorizations Assist with minor in-office procedures Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
