Candidate must have STRONG front office skills, EXCELLENT customer service, be Energetic, MOTIVATED, EXTREMELY organized, able to

MULTI-TASK

& prioritize duties. Computer knowledge a Plus. Must be

RELIABLE

& able to follow direction with ease while working with a positive attitude. Looking for a long term employee only. The duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering phones/ Scheduling appointments
Checking patients In & Out
Data Entry
Filing/Copying/Faxing
Verifying Insurance Benefits & Eligibility
Obtaining Authorizations/ Referrals
Triaging patients/ Taking vitals
Immunizations, Injections, EKG
Preparing exam rooms for patients Pay 14-16 and Hour Certified Medical Assistant Only.

Total hours available are approximately 38-40 hours per week. Excellent Pay. Based on experience.
