Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers during examinations and treatments. Record patient medical history and vital signs in the electronic health record system. Administrate injections and medications as directed by a healthcare provider. Perform basic laboratory tests and manage the blood draws, specimen collection. Prepare and organize examination rooms for patient visits. Coordinate patient appointments and maintain confidential patient records. Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff. Required Skills Proficient in clinical procedures and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate medical equipment and perform lab tests. Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
