Monday 8-5p, Tuesday 9a-6p, Wednesday 8-5p, Thursday 8a-6p, Friday 8-330p You will work at the UW Health Belvidere Clinic. Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program or have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Required
Laboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire. Required
Drug and alcohol screening, and N95 training required within 30 days of hire. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience
At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred
RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required
Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required
Audiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc.
(HCI), required within 30 days of hire.
