We are seeking a highly motivated medical assistant to help our facility grow.
Requirements:
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for triaging patients, administering injections, handling and sending out lab specimens, assisting with billing, booking appointments, calling patients with lab results and other office communications, filing medical charts, and maintaining a clean working environment. We operate a high patient volume facility and the applicant must be comfortable working in a fast paced and collaborative environment where frequent shifts in tasks are expected. Applicants must have solid teamwork skills and be willing to assist in all areas of the practice. Strong customer service skills and a friendly and outgoing personality are a necessity. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for both communicating with patients and staff. Weekend hours required.
Education:
High School Graduate Completion of a formal medical assistant training program M.A. Certified (Preferred) New grads welcome to apply
