We are professional, autonomous and supportive. We are a small private practice clinic in Kokomo and Crawfordsville IN, seeking a Part-Time Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with interacting with patients and assisting the Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the clinic
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Assist with patient registration and maintain patient records
• Collect patient measurements
• including height, weight, limb measurements
• Conduct patient spirometries when needed
• Manage medical office supplies and inventory
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality The main duties are taking patient measurements and interacting with patients for their needs.

Ideally the candidate would be able to work 4-5 days a month across locations. Kokomo is 2-3 fridays or saturdays a month, Crawfordsville is 1-2 saturdays a month. We have a preference towards availability in
