REGISTERED OR CERTIFIED

Medical Assistant to join our busy dermatology team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working closely with physicians to deliver exceptional dermatologic care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain medical histories and vital signs Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Assist physicians with biopsies, excisions and other treatments Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Process prescriptions, referrals, and prior authorizations Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain exam rooms Assist with patient communication as needed Maintain compliance with HIPAA and office policies Qualifications

MUST HAVE

CMA or RMA credential or certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Benefits Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Supportive and collaborative work environment Why Join Us?
