In this vital role, you will provide front-line support in outpatient and inpatient settings, assisting physicians and healthcare providers with clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure a seamless check-in process Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks including medication administration, wound care,positioning, and basic life support when needed Maintain detailed documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including ICD coding and medical history updates Conduct eye testing using a snellen chart Obtain urine samples Qualifications Prior experience working in outpatient clinics, hospital settings, or specialty areas Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and ICD coding standards required for accurate documentation Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent is necessary to respond effectively in emergency situations Demonstrated ability to handle intake procedures, take vital signs, and assist with medication administration confidently Experience with EHR systems and familiarity with workflows are essential for success in this role Strong patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including geriatrics patients Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding patient care through energetic support and expert clinical assistance.
