Established fast-paced, collaborative, multi-provider pediatric primary care practice looking for a dynamic Certified / Registered Pediatric Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA) to join our pediatric primary care team. Andover Pedi is a busy private practice with 5 Pediatricians, 4 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and Integrated Behavioral Health Therapists. This position is primarily responsible for preparing patients for visits and assisting providers in the care of patients.

This includes:

rooming patients and taking vitals per protocol, running lab tests (rapid flu, strep, RSV, COVID, urine, etc), clean & prep exam rooms and clinical areas, patient communication as directed, assist with daily clinical tasks, supporting the nursing team, assist with check in or appointment scheduling. Choose to work 3 or 4 days/ week (10 hr shifts, 8am - 6pm) , with consistent schedules Minimal holiday and weekend rotation (OT pay rate) Experience with Epic preferred Pediatric experience required Current certification through AAMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or AMT (Registered Medical Assistant) required
