Dependable and highly accountable. Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. A quick learner who enjoys mastering new skills. Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment. Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused. A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the workplace. Motivated to continually improve and take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Medical Assistant or healthcare experience. Experience scribing in a medical setting. Dermatology, surgery, or specialty practice experience. Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records. Previous Medical Assistant experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train exceptional candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to learning.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-Time (4-5 days per week). 8-10 hour shifts. Wednesday and Thursday availability is required. Starting pay $14.50+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We are seeking candidates who can commit to at least 12 months, with longer-term availability strongly preferred. Why Join MI Skin Center? Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. Opportunities for increased responsibility and career growth. Health insurance and paid time off for eligible employees. Employee discounts on cosmetic dermatology services. A supportive team culture that values excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. This role may be a great fit if you: Enjoy learning quickly and taking on new challenges. Stay organized and composed when the clinic is busy. Like being held to high standards and receiving constructive feedback. Find satisfaction in helping your team succeed. Are looking for an experience that will prepare you for the next step in your healthcare career. How to Apply?
