Job Description

In this vital role, you will support providers, by providing exceptional patient service, performing clinical procedures, and managing administrative tasks. Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, updating records, and verifying insurance information using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate with precision and professionalism Prepare patients for examinations and procedures in outpatient clinics Support physicians during procedures including medication administration, X-ray positioning Manage medical supplies inventory, sterilize equipment, and assist with room setup Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring a smooth flow of clinical operations in fast-paced environments Skills Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred but not required Ability to perform intake procedures efficiently while maintaining compassionate patient interactions Excellent communication skills to coordinate with healthcare teams across various specialties including urgent care and hospital medicine This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their clinical skills within a supportive environment that values energetic teamwork and meticulous patient care.
