Looking for a part-time medical assistant/receptionist/frontdesk that is self-motivated, caring, and friendly toward patients and staff. Opportunity for growth for the right candidate.

Duties include:

Making appointment and rescheduling patients. Answering phone calls. Collecting and processing payments. Checking insurance authorization and verification. Data entry. Assisting patients into the rooms. Checking patients in/out. Setting up the examination rooms. Assisting in patient care.

Position Requires:

1-2 years Relevant Experience preferred. Experience with Electronic Medical Records System. Medical assistant/receptionist experience. Strong multi-tasking skills.
