Perform hands-on clinical duties including EKGs, blood draws, vital signs, and other practical MA responsibilities independently
Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits and procedures
Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
Deliver a high-quality patient experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies according to practice standards
Use EHR systems efficiently and adapt quickly to new workflows, tools, and technology
Anticipate provider needs and support smooth, efficient clinic flow
Communicate effectively with both clinical and administrative team members to ensure continuity of care
Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset, stepping in where needed to support patients and colleagues
Contribute positively to a collaborative, respectful, and patient-focused practice culture
Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and incoming phone calls
Verify insurance, collect copays, and assist with basic billing coordination
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
