! Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Clinical Support Specialist to be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the nursing department. The Clinical Support Specialist within the scope of practice, assists in monitoring resident's needs are met through resident service plans, physicians' orders, community policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations. What we're looking for: Current, active Practical Nurse License or other health related certification or license in the state the community is located in. Maintain CPR and First Aid Certification per state regulations. Meet annual continuing education hours required for nursing license, if applicable. Knowledge of current state laws and regulations that apply to the assisted living setting. Experience in long term care or assisted living environment is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities. Demonstrates leadership skills in principles of team building and motivating others. Basic knowledge of computer software and programs, minimum working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams. Able to work primarily day hours with occasional varying hours and rotating on call time. Opportunities for full-time hours.
