Job Description

This position will suit someone who is a hardworking team player with a great work ethic who appreciates a friendly work environment. Must have prior experience in customer service and/or as a medical secretary in a medical office setting. Previous MEDENT experience is a big plus!

Basic Responsibilities:

FRONT DESK

Use your people skills in creating a positive experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, update demographics, collecting payments and other administrative tasks as required. Perform check-in and check-out functions as needed. Answer phones and handle patient inquiries. Balance payments on day sheet when closing.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Responsible for rooming patients. Taking accurate blood pressures, weight, ect for all ages in a timely manner. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
