We are a relatively new concierge medical practice that is growing. The main focus is to help our members promptly and with courtesy. You will assist both the members and our solo-physician in day-to-task. We are seeking someone who is proactive, with exceptional communication skills, and excited to start their work day! Duties You will assist will all tasks of the practice including communicating with members, entering member data into EMR and ensuring its accuracy, prior authorizations, etc. Prior eCW experience is preferred Prior basic level billing experience is preferred Should be extremely comfortable with technology Prior chronic care management process and documentation experience is highly desired as you will be expected to this on daily basis Prior experience in a concierge medical setting is preferred Requirements Positive attitude with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us in creating an engaging workplace where your organizational talents make a real difference!
