You will be involved in various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our medical facility, including both administrative and clinical duties. Duties Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing patient inquiries and ensuring a comfortable experience during their visit. Support medical administrative functions including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance documentation. Conduct basic laboratory tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures within the clinic environment. Qualifications Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required. Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or urgent care setting is preferred. Familiarity with emergency medicine practices is a plus. Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures related to healthcare operations. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
