Responsibilities included but not limited to: Rooming patients (Intake, taking blood pressure, weight, etc.) Cross-trained between front desk Admin duties and Clinical back staff duties Answering phone calls Check-in/check-out patients Scheduling appointments Assisting provider in drawing up medication needed Prepping patient for in office procedures
