Their enthusiasm is instrumental in fostering a supportive approach in alignment with company core values. They are responsible for guiding and evaluating an individual on their intake, transcribing, office set up, core competencies and supporting each provider with proper patient care and education.
Responsibilities include:
Full-time Monday through Friday position (40 hours/week), in-person role Must have reliable method of transportation to all offices contained within region Must have availability to be present for all clinic hours for offices in region Complement Regional Manager by developing and implementing plans to address knowledge or other deficiencies in offices corresponding to territory Oversee clinical new hire training in individual offices using standardized 4-week clinical goals and objectives Ensure all clinical staff within region are given tools for success, monitor and identify staff who do not develop or perform up to expectations. Conduct new hire Training and Orientation Classes for further education in classroom style setting Responsible for overseeing corrective actions when necessary for: Scribing Content and Quality, MIPS Quality Scores, Autoclave and Spore Testing, Pathology Logs and Backlog, Appts with No Follow Up Report, Admin Duties
Tasks, Prior Authorizations, Faxes, etc Support and implement clinical changes and initiatives developed by management MIPS action for low scoring offices, changes to specimen logging workflow, etc Work as a resource for both new and established clinical staff in region Work directly with paired Regional Manager to develop schedule and action plan to address training needs for offices in territory Plan training approaches and strategies for areas of performance below standards of Dermatology Partners Other duties as deemed necessary Desired skills and attributes include: Experience in clinic-based Dermatology care•recommended 3 years minimum Experience scribing in EMA by Modernizing Medicine•recommended 1 year minimum Experience coordinating and/or leading a team (clinical manager, lead MA) preferred Experience with training or teaching a plus Understanding and ability to teach/oversee common compliance related issues Instrument Cleaning and Packaging, Autoclaves and Spore Testing, Expired Supplies and Ordering, Unlabeled Syringes, HIPAA/OSHA concerns Understanding of MIPS quality payment program
