The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling administrative duties in both the front and back of the office, including but not limited to, scheduling, answering phone calls, rooming patients, etc. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working directly with people.

Job responsibilities and duties:

Schedule appointments Greet/check-in patients Room patients (take vitals, update medical histories, prepare patients for exam) Answer phone calls Process refill requests — if needed, contact patient pharmacy to call in prescriptions Obtain prior authorizations
