Job Description

Position Summary Are you an experienced clinical support staff looking to join a team that's growing, improving, and committed to exceptional patient care. We're looking for skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Medical Assistants (MA), or Phlebotomists who are ready to step into a role where their expertise truly matters. Key Responsibilities Performing and documenting accurate vital signs Rooming patients promptly and professionally Completing pill counts with precision Updating and managing patient charts Performing point‑of‑care testing Administering vaccines and injections Processing medical and imaging prior authorizations Managing medications within the EMR Qualifications Certification (preferred) 2+ years of relevant clinical experience or equivalent education/experience 1 year of phlebotomy experience (preferred) BLS/CPR certification Experience with prior authorizations (preferred; willing to train) Strong time‑management and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft applications Reliable transportation A collaborative, team‑focused mindset Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Supportive, team-based work environment Opportunity to serve an underserved rural population Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
