Previous experience in a medical office, dermatology, outpatient surgery, and Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience in both Medical Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology is highly desirable. Medical scribing and accurate clinical documentation during patient visits Assisting physicians/providers with dermatologic procedures and minor surgery Preparing patients for examinations and procedures Instrument sterilization, sterile technique, and medical instrument care Maintaining exam rooms and procedure rooms Supporting providers during medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments Patient communication, including follow-up phone calls and education Maintaining accurate EHR documentation Adhering to HIPAA, infection control, and office protocols Performing additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned
