Kidney Care Specialists is a fast-paced, growing nephrology practice seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant to join our team at our Limerick office , with occasional coverage at our East Norriton, Phoenixville, and Pottstown locations as needed. This position plays an essential role in providing outstanding patient care and ensuring efficient daily office operations. We are looking for an energetic, dependable individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and thrives in a fast-paced medical practice. Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls Scheduling patient appointments accurately Collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information Obtaining vital signs, including manual blood pressure measurements using a stethoscope Performing medication reconciliation Preparing patients for provider visits Assisting providers with clinical workflows as needed Documenting appropriately within the electronic medical record Maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Providing excellent customer service while working efficiently in a busy specialty practice Performing other duties as assigned to support the needs of the practice Qualifications Previous Medical Receptionist and/or Medical Assistant experience required

EPIC EHR
