Job Summary Busy Schnecksville Family Practice Physician office looking for qualified individual to perform both back office (clinical) and front-office (clerical) duties. The individual in this Full-Time position will work approximately 36-40 hours per week. (Schnecksville is located about 5 miles north of Allentown, off Rte. 309). Normal scheduled hours will be roughly as follows:

Monday:

8:00am•5:00pm

Tuesday:

8:00am•Noon (Every other week)

Wednesday:

8:00am•5:00pm

Thursday:

8:00am•5:00pm

Friday:

8:00am•5:00pm

Saturday:

8:00am•Noon (Every other week) Responsibilities and Duties The individual chosen for this position will be performing both back-office (clinical) and front-office (clerical) duties in a busy Medical Office setting. Clinical duties include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Rooming Patients / Taking Vitals / Medical Review Blood Draws / Immunizations / Injections Autoclaving Instruments Assisting Physicians with Procedures Clerical duties include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Patient Check-In / Check-Out Phones Renewing Prescriptions Qualifications and Skills To be considered, applicants MUST have both Clinical and Clerical experience in a Physician office setting or equivalent training.
