Know Your Team:

UT Health East Texas has extended its healthcare services to include urgent care facilities. These locations have highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care for various non-life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities Performs radiology procedures by utilizing ionizing radiation and/or other imaging modalities within NCT scope to aid in the diagnoses and treatment of injury/disease, along with assisting medical staff as a Certified Medical Assistant. Subject to overtime and call back as needed.

Qualifications Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Completion of accredited CCMA Program Completion of accredited NCT Radiology Program Medication administration. I.V. Therapy or current M edical Assistant Certification. Must have active CCMA certification Must be licensed by the State of Texas (TMB) as a non-certified technologist (NCT) BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
