Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors and patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
• Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining provider calendars
• Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents with a high level of accuracy
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
• Protect patient confidentialityand handle sensitive information appropriately
• Support the team with additional office duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office , chiropractic office, or administrative role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar office software
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
