Summary We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Cardinal Internal Medicine. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care within our practice. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and recording medical histories. Administer medications and provide patient education on treatment plans. Manage patient flow and ensure efficient scheduling of appointments. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with coding for billing purposes. Support outpatient services and urgent care as needed. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant is required. Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques. Experience in outpatient settings preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
