MEDICAL ASSISTANT POMA

Fertility, a Pacific Northwest leader in IVF and infertility care, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time (40 hours/week) Medical Assistant to join our team at our Kirkland location! POMA's patient-centered approach, combined with compassion and individualized attention, makes us a great company to work for and grow with. In addition to the below duties, the right person for this role is flexible in the tasks that must be performed, detail-oriented, and highly reliable. Typically Mon-Fri day shift, with weekend and holiday rotation. Great opportunity in a privately-held clinic setting.

ESSENTIAL

DUTIES and

RESPONSIBILITIES

Phlebotomy Injections Cycle management Coordination of reproductive cycles Telephone triage, patient communication Sterilize instruments, cleaning of OR & exam rooms, supply monitoring/ordering Assisting physicians with fertility-related procedures Operation of diagnostic machines - blood analysis and semen analysis (training provided)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Current licensure to practice as an MA in the State of Washington CPR Certification

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ALSO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

Professional and dependable Outstanding communication and organizational skills High level of attention to detail Willingness to work weekend and holiday hours 2+ years experience as an MA, in fertility/women's health/OBGYN, is a plus, but not required. COMPENSATION and

This Position is Non-Exempt (Hourly), starting base pay based on experience. Our clinic is located on the EvergreenHealth hospital campus with easy access via I-405.
