Job Description

This individual works under the direction and supervision of the leadership team for Specialty Services. This position is responsible to provide basic and advanced clerical support/staffing for Specialty leaders and the departments. This role is also responsible for assisting with schedules, meeting support, payroll, and interdepartmental communications to ensure day to day operations are effective and efficient for patient care.

Related Years of Experience Required:

Associate degree in secretarial, administrative, or a healthcare field preferred.

Skills Required:

Previous healthcare experience and medical terminology knowledge (preferred).

Shift:

Working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
