• We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller/Collector/Coder to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting medical claims to insurance companies and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. Coding experience is HIGHLY preferred & certification must be current. You will be responsible for overseeing the billing team of 4 people. Spanish speaking is HIGHLY recommended.

• Duties
• Payment posting
• Running aging reports & working claim status daily.
• Utilize medical coding to process claims
• Familiarity with Drug codes/ Oncology
• Handle medical collections and billing inquiries
• Answer patient billing questions
• Proficient in medical terminology and records
• Conduct coding for procedures using ICD-10 codes
• Work within a medical office setting to ensure billing accuracy

• Knowledge of medical coding practices and procedures
