Job Summary:

The Licensed Therapist is responsible for leading and overseeing all clinical operations within a behavioral health facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with mental health and/or development disorders. This role provides strategic direction, clinical supervision, and operational guidance to multidisciplinary teams, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Reporting to the Site Administrator and Corporate Clinical Director, the Licensed Therapist will be responsible for clinical supervision of the Qualified Behavioral Health Providers to include hiring, training and competency review. The ideal candidate is a licensed behavioral health professional with strong leadership skills, extensive clinical experience, and a commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality behavioral health services Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Behavioral Health Techs. Develop, implement, and monitor treatment programs and clinical protocols Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF) Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation Manage risk, including crisis intervention and incident review Collaborate with medical staff, administration, and external partners Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development Monitor program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives Assist with budgeting, staffing plans, and resource allocation Participate in strategic planning and program development

Job:

• Advanced degree in mental health studies including social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy.
