  • Provide clinical leadership and medical direction for the hospital
  • Lead & support associate veterinarians

  • Maintain a meaningful clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities Previous leadership experience is valued but not required—NVA provides training and ongoing support.

  • Competitive base salary $150,000
  • 180,000 (adjusted based on experience)
  • Production ranging between 22-23% and/or leadership incentive opportunities

  • Qualifications
  • DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
