Responsibilities Provide expert clinical leadership in dermatology, guiding treatment protocols and ensuring adherence to best practices. Oversee the development and implementation of clinical research projects to advance dermatological therapies and innovations. Manage medical staff, including supervising physicians, nurses, and support personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as

HIPAA, FDA

regulations, NCQA standards, and healthcare accreditation requirements. Oversee electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical records management to maintain accuracy, security, and confidentiality. Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient care excellence, utilization management, and healthcare compliance.
