This role goes beyond bedside medicine — you'll partner with our Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to set the clinical standard for hospice care across Northern Indiana.

Your Impact Zone:

As our Associate Medical Director , you'll provide clinical leadership throughout Northern Indiana, supporting patients and their care teams in homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, and hospitals - wherever they feel most comfortable.

What You Bring & What We Offer Required Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Indiana Medical License (MD or DO) Board Certification in a relevant specialty Valid Driver's License Current DEA registration 1+ years hospice or palliative care experience

Preferred Qualifications:
